DNA Honoree Declares Blacks Less Intelligent
The utterance would probably have been ignored had it come from someone other than
a past Nobel Laureate -
Watson was quoted as saying he was "inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa" because "all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours, whereas all the testing says not really."
He went on to say there was no reason to believe different races separated by geography should have evolved identically, and he said that while he hoped everyone was equal, "people who have to deal with black employees find this is not true."
The American biologist apologized "unreservedly" before the end of the week but what many believe to be his mission had been accomplished. When a lawyer throws out an objectionable query at a witness and gets the response he desires, his mission to pollute the jury is accomplished even if the judge advises the jury to ignore.

Many shrugged indifferently to indicate that he simply voiced the behavior of many.
The Watsons of the World Bear Little Blame
Africa’s buffoonish rulers whose actions over the years have promoted the perspective that Africans are incapable of utilizing the resources at their disposal to better their own lots are fully responsible for the sustenance of the type of world view pollution oozing out of the likes of Watson.
